We keep an agreed backlog with you. Business value, impact on users, technical risk, and dependencies all inform the order of work.
When a new request arrives, we discuss how it changes that order. Your engineering lead explains the technical trade-offs and your account manager coordinates the plan, so a new priority comes with a clear understanding of what moves next.

When that work winds down, the project can move to maintenance at a lower fixed monthly fee. We agree the transition and ongoing care priorities, including bug fixes, dependency updates, and regular defect scans. If the roadmap grows again, we can discuss a return to active development.

Can you work on existing software?
Yes. We can develop an existing product as well as start a new one. We first review its current state, how it is tested and released, and what you want to change. That gives us a basis for agreeing the starting priorities and engagement.
How are requests prioritized?

What happens when active development ends?
